And the best part is that detox water recipes are quite simple. It also makes you feel full so you don’t have to worry about overeating.
Detox Water Recipes: 2 Ingredient Lemon Water Detox
Mix 1 tsp honey and juice of 1 lemon in a glass of warm water. Drink in the morning on an empty stomach.
Benefits: This 2 ingredient lemon water detox will not only detoxify your body, but it will also clear your skin.
Strawberry Infused Water
Put slices of strawberries and fresh mint leaves into your jug or jar. Keep in the refrigerator overnight to maximize flavor.

Aloe Water Detox

Place one heaping teaspoonful green tea leaves in a jar and pour just boiled water directly on the tea leaves. Infuse for 3 minutes and strain the water. Refrigerate at least for 10 minutes. You can add tons of ice to the drink.
