Radhika (Monica Sehgal) is seen as a constant threat by Nandini (Shilpa Saklani) who now knows that her brother Arjun (Aham Sharma) is genuinely in love with her. However, being the perfect vamp in Dosti Yaariyan Manmarziyan, she wants to throw Radhika permanently out of her and Arjun’s life.
Nandini knows that this won’t be possible until she makes Sam her pawn, and so she directs Saral to fill Sam’s ears. Though Sam doesn’t believe Saral, she is now suspicious of Radhika’s intention which is further strengthened by Nandini who nonstop tries to provoke Sam.

Nandini Instigates Sam during Her Mehendi
Samaira who loved Radhika more than a friend all of a sudden is suspicious about her intentions and even feel Radhika is trying to win Arjun. Both Nandini and Saral has put such a picture in front of her that she believes only what she observes, which is nothing but an illusion.
In fact, Sam even confronts Radhika in the mehendi ceremony when Radhika in a friendly way tries to feed Jalebi to Arjun. Everybody is stunned to see Sam’s action towards Radhika.
Both Arjun and Radhika are Clueless – Will Radhika know about Nandini’s plan in Dosti Yaariyan Manmarziyan?
Neither Arjun nor Radhika is aware about Sam’s change. Radhika who is just being herself has no clue that Sam is behaving this way because Nandini and Saral has filled her ears. In addition, Arjun too has no idea about Nandini’s plan.
What’s more, Arjun is drawn towards Radhika like a magnet, and it will only create more problems for Radhika. The reason being, Sam who is constantly observing Arjun and Radhika will obviously notice Arjun’s behavior which eventually will create a rift between Sam and Radhika.
Now the question is –
Will Radhika get to the root cause of the problem and clear misunderstandings between her & Sam?
Arjun doesn’t love Sam but Radhika. However, this is a fact which nobody knows – neither Sam nor Radhika. We hope that Radhika soon try to realize everything that is happening around her – From Arjun’s attraction to the reason of Sam’s frustration and also Nandini and Saral’s behavior.
Let’s see whether Radhika gets successful in knowing the truth behind the problems and try to solve the misunderstandings or before that will Nandini with the help of Saral try to create a permanent rift between Radhika and her best friend Sam?
