So the trailer of the much anticipated second Bollywood movie from Nitesh Kumar after Dangal is out today on Friendship’s Day.
The timing is correct with the story revolving around friendship and a set around 7 friends who look part of an IIT set up.
Chhichhore Trailer Review: The First Look
So how is the first look ? My view ..FAB a sense of nostalgia Though it would reminds you a bit of 3 idiots. There is also a sports competition in the background which would remind this generation of SOTY-2 , I would prefer comparing the same to Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander for obvious reasons. Co-incidentally both these movies had Aamir Khan in them the directors lead actor from his first outing.
The trailer is really funny with smart one-liners and kind of gives us a glimpse of a strong supporting cast , Tahir Bhasin (Mardani) Navin Polishetty (24,Whats Ur Status) Saharsh Shukla (Ugly) & Varun Sharma (in form).
I am rooting for Nitesh to score big with this one after a heart warming outing with Dangal. For people who believe that a director is the captain of his ship (movie) this is one director I hope continues to stay true to telling stories honestly.
This also is the first time SSR & SK (Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor) are paired together. So look forward to watching this movie which hit the theaters on 6th September.
