Anxiety, stress, tension, and worries are just inevitable part of human life. We cannot change the whole world but we can just change ourselves so that we can have a better strategy to cope with all these situations.

It is basically a mechanism of output verses input. Think of Osama or Dawood who cannot even breathe freely in open air because of fear. This is so because they are showing anger and hatred to others –so whatever you get it is because you have done something or same the thing to others.

Let’s make it a resolution for 2017. We need to live a free life, in fact a life without stress. Here are the ways to make yourself absolutely stress free or de stress.

1. De-Stress: Smile a lot, It Costs Nothing

Research says smiling is the only happiness quotient and indicator of modern happiness. It can give you a relief from all your worst situations because of its immediate impact on body and face.

2. Deep Breathing

It is considered to be a panacea of many ailments. Follow Baba Ramdev or any other DVDs to practice. It can give you maximum relaxation.

3. Chew Nicotex

It is good for facial health and can help in relaxing during rush hours or heavy traffic.

4. Keep Your Password Bit Unique

Try something like ilovemywife or ilovemymominlaw and see the difference.

5. Meditate, visualize and spend time with bestie

Here is another simple formula and if possible you can make stretching exercises too.

Other techniques are counting numbers like 100, 99, 98…..while going to bed, hugging, aromatherapy, spa, kissing, living in luxuries, dreaming big, loving animals and plants, spirituality and so on which you know better than me. Can your life be mood now be stimulated?
