To understand this, we need to paraphrase a story illustrated below. Somewhere around 500 B.C. there lived a Buddhist monk and his follower in the land of Tibet. He was a great traveler by profession and used to preach citizens of the then world.
Once in a stormy night both had to cross the great deserts of Indian soil in north. They could not find the way because of heavy windfall. By virtue of luck they met Sreehansh – a palanquin bearer of the locality. The man asked the monk and his disciple to come inside and carried both to their destination points.
On his way, Sreehansh told the monk about his mental state during the trip and uttered that his heart felt as if there were no burden. Monk smiled and kept his golden silence, then blessed him and went away.
The disciple wanted to enquire regarding this and his guru replied the man might have done some crimes or vices in his past. After few days the monk again came to the same place with his die hard follower and wanted to know the where about of Sreehansh. One fellow citizen asked – which Sreehansh – is he businessman Sreehansh or criminal Sreehansh?
Then they met criminal Sreehansh who was now radiating a positive aura and was absolutely free at large. The follower was simply surprised to see the changes within such a man who had a very nasty and inglorious past. He asked his master about this metamorphosis. The powerful master replied –it is you who had done this natural wonder. This answer created confusion in the mind of his follower.
Monk quickly replied we share others’ vices unknowingly by spreading rumors and in my absence you might had discussed something about the deadly past of this poor fellow. In this way people bear and lessen the burdens of others.
The moral of the story is we should stay away from office politics. Few steps to diffuse this ring of fire are elaborated further. First we need to have an assertive communication to avoid this bullshit which is normal.
