Here, I’ll share few home remedies for dry skin that works wonders and gives you amazing results in merely one month actually just 15 days or even less. Yes, from dry skin to that smooth silky baby skin.
Though there are many ways of applying, these are the basic ingredients you might need – sugar, salt, lemon, curd, milk and honey. Yes, only these which are easily available any time on the racks of your kitchen shelves.

Home Remedies for Dry Skin – Exfoliate Your Skin – Thrice in a Week
Take a mixture of salt (2 to 3 tbsp) and lemon (half) or sugar (2 to 3 tbsp) and curd (1 tbsp). Smoothly rub it all over your body reaching your back. Make sure you don’t rub it hard. Cleanse it with the running water and take bath. Do not use soap.
If your target is getting smooth skin as early as possible you can do this every alternate day. If you want to follow this as a routine, you can follow the regime twice or thrice a week depending on your schedule. Even if you do it Sunday to Sunday, it will be good for the health of your skin.
Milk and Honey Bath – Thrice in a Week
The days you are not exfoliating, you can take the milk and honey bath. All you have to do is – take 3 to 4 tbsp of milk, add 2 to 3 tbsp of honey and then mix it. I also added oatmeal powder to the mixture as it has skin soothing and skin whitening properties in it. Like a body wash, apply it all over your body and then take your bath. Nothing is as relaxing as this bath. You can instantly feel the smoothness post this bath.

Oatmeal Facepack – Twice a Week
Like I said before, Oatmeal has skin smoothening as well as skin whitening/polishing properties. You can see great results almost in a week, so not using oatmeal facepack will surely be a crime.

All you will need is Oatmeal powder, curd and honey in 2:1:1 proportion. Ensure that the mixture is quite thick and you can easily apply on the face and the neck area. Keep it for 20 minutes, then wash it with the running water. Oatmeal face pack not only helps in smoothening your face but also help in whitening it or removing all those tan.
Dry Skin Home Night Cream – Daily or Alternate Day
Take 2 to 3 tbsp of olive oil, add a tbsp of vinegar and few drops of water. Apply this as a night cream before you are off to sleep. You can apply this on face too. If you follow this daily, you can see how your dry skin changes into soft and silky skin in merely 7 days or even less than that.

Alternatively, you can apply curd or a mixture of sugar and lemon on your hands and legs, rub it, wash it before you go to sleep.
