He is likely to invest trillions in Indian infrastructure and most probably he’s going to reward terrific Indians and punish terrible ISIS. He told to the press that in future he would be starting his real estate business in our nation. That’s why he wants to get associated with the realty sector because many big projects are there in pipeline.
In fact he has shown interest two different cities and metros like Mumbai and Pune. Mostly these two regions are famous as business hubs and if the investment happens the whole country will get benefit out of it in terms of employment and revenue generation.
The Trump Business Society is likely to build “Trump Towers” and many Indian builders have already joined hands for this prosperous bluechip project.
In Pune the Trump Tower will be comprising of 46 well decorated and world class “Made in America” style apartments. For Mumbai the Lodha group is working the business and infrastructure partner and already 226 apartments are sold out of 400 numbers. The project started in the year 2013.
The Trump Tower in Mumbai will be of 75 floors and will be having ample 2BHK and 3BHK homes. The cost will be 45000 per square feet. The project will be completed in three different pilot phases and almost 60% booking has already been done.
All these things are indicating that Trump is having some craze or fan following in India too. They are just charging premium rates for Mumbai project but about Pune the rate slab is still not so very clear. In 2014, Donald Trump had visited India and he made his branding then and there by putting many mega hoardings with punchlines like “Trump is Back” and “Where Power Resides”.
