We all know Sudhanshu as a model turned actor who was also part of the famous band ‘A Band of Boys’ whose song ‘Meeri Neend Udd Gayi’ and ‘Gori’ was quite a hit amongst music lovers. Well, yes, the same Sudhanshu Pandey is playing the role of Anupamaa’s husband Vanraj Shah.

Paras Kalnawat as Samar Shah, Anupamaa and Vanraj’s Younger Son
The sweet mama’s boy Samar is played by Paras Kalnawat. Before this show Paras was seen in another Star Plus TV serial Meri Durga where he played the role of Prince opposite Durga. Aashish Mehrotra as Paritosh aka Toshu, Anupamaa and Vanraj’s Eldest Child
The role of Paritosh Shah is essayed by Aashish Mehrotra, who has been seen playing various roles in various TV serial. He started his journey with Qubool Hai, played Radhika’s brother in Manmarziyaan, did really a good job while playing the role of a cop in Dahleez and have done several TV series including Ronit Roy’s Adaalat, Paanch 5 Wrongs Make a Right and Yeh Kahaan Aa Gaye Hum. Madalsa Sharma as Kavya, Vanraj’s Colleague and Girlfriend
Madalsa Sharma is playing the role of Kavya in Anupamaa serial on Star Plus. She is a model turned actress who has done several films in different languages including Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi and German. Born and brought up in Mumbai she made her film debut in 2009 with a Telugu movie post which she did several movies.
She is also a trained dancer. She is married to Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mimon Chakraborty. Madalsa’s father is a writer and director whereas her mother is an actress who essayed the role of Devaki in BR Chopra’s Mahabharat and have been seen in many Bollywood movies like Ghatak, Yes Boss, Ajnabee and TV serials.
Alpana Buch as Leela Shah, Anupamaa’s mother in law
Remember Kantaben Parikh of SAB TV’s Papad Bol? Guniyal Desai of Saraswatichandra? Well, she is Alpana Buch who is seen playing the role of Anupamaa’s mother-in-law Leela Shah. Not just Hindi TV serials she is also into Gujarati dramas and have been associated with theatre from long. She is married to actor Mehul Buch. The couple has a daughter, Bhavya Buch.
Arvind Vaidya as Anupamaa’s father-in-law Jayesh Shah
A Gujarati theatre actor, Arvind Vaidya is playing the role of Jayesh Shah, Vanraj’s father and Anupamaa’s father-in-law who supports her in all thick and thin along with her son Samar. He has acted in more than 150 Marathi and Gujarati plays. Besides, he has played pivotal roles in many TV serials including Saas Bina Sasural, Baa, Bahu aur Baby and Bure Bhi Hum, Bhale Bhi Hum.
